Return & Refund policy

Except as otherwise indicated in this Policy, items purchased on (www.lazzarmexico.com) can be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date in most cases, as long as they are not embroidered, the same is New and in perfect condition. When you return a product, you agree that the refund and how it is credited may vary depending on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how the item was purchased. If you return a different product or in different conditions than the one we sent, we will not be able to process your refund. You can see how refunds and applicable restocking charges are processed.

When you return a product, the refund and how it is credited may vary depending on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how the item was purchased.

How refunds are processed

When returning a product, the refund will be made according to the payment method with which the purchase was originally made.

The refund only applies to the value of the purchase (product or products), excluding the shipping cost.

Steps to make returns and refunds.

1.- Send an email to rbecerra@lazzarmexico.com or your sales advisor, requesting the return and refund of the purchased product(s). Indicating the order number with which it was purchased and the reasons for the return as well as the method of payment.

2.- If the return and refund proceed in accordance with the provisions of the return policy of Lazzar S.A de C.V. The products must be sent at the customer's expense to our CEDIS in Guadalajara, Mexico for return.

3.- Once the product(s) have been received, a physical inspection will be carried out to finally determine if the refund will proceed.
