Safety is not a suggestion—it is a standard. These boots incorporate a non-metallic toe cap made of Polycarbonate + ABS, a high-tech composite material that offers the same resistance as steel but with much lower weight.

Certified under the European Standard EN12568, this toe cap withstands impacts of up to 200 J ± 4J and compression of 15 ± 0.1 KN. Being non-metallic, it does not trigger metal detectors and does not transfer extreme cold or heat to the foot.

Industrial-Grade Electrical Safety

For environments with electrical hazards, Lazzar footwear acts as a critical protective barrier.

The boot has been tested under ASTM F2412–18 and F2413–17 standards, demonstrating exceptional resistance.

The footwear withstands an application of 18 KV for one minute, with a maximum leakage current of just 1.0 mA, exceeding the most stringent industrial safety requirements.

High-Performance Sole: Traction and Chemical Resistance

The polyurethane sole is not only slip-resistant but has been specifically formulated to withstand harsh environments where other materials would quickly degrade.

  • Chemical Resistance: Fully resistant to hydrocarbons and acids, preventing material corrosion on industrial floors.
  • Laboratory Testing: The sole meets international standards for flexing (ISO 20344:2012) and abrasion resistance (ISO 4649:2010 or NTC 4811), ensuring that the tread pattern maintains traction for a much longer time.
