There are no minimum purchases as long as they are inventory items. In special manufacturing, the minimum is 100 pieces per model/color combination.

A small embroidery is included in the price. If you require additional embroidery, it is charged separately at $10.00 to $50.00 depending on size and stitch count.

Yes: At LAZZAR MEXICO, before embroidering, a scanned (or physical) embroidery sample is sent for approval. Changes are made to the embroidery and it is corrected as many times as necessary until it is fully approved.

Yes, physical samples of the required products and sizes can be sent before your order, in inventory items.
In the case of special manufactures, depending on the volume of your order and the complexity of the product, it is also possible to make a physical sample before the final order, our sales agents will advise you on this matter.

For orders under $100,000.00, Individuals, Distributors, Government Entities, Casinos, Advertising Agencies and Marketing Companies, 100% advance payment is required.
For active clients with several previous orders, 50% in advance and 50% before shipment is possible, or credit backed by a Purchase Order.

Yes, our garments have a 30-day warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.

Yes, if the garments are in stock, not used and not embroidered, and it has been less than 15 days since delivery, exchanges or returns can be made. It is not possible to make changes or returns on embroidered garments.

There are two options:
On our website, within 'Orders', access the 'Size Chart' tab, where you will find all sizes and how to take measurements.
A size run (sample set) can be sent to you to confirm all your staff members' sizes. Contact an advisor to explain the process for sending these!

Yes, as long as the garments have not been embroidered (on inventory garments) or have already started the production process (in special manufacturing).

Shipping is included to any part in Mexico on orders greater than 50 pieces.
On orders less than 50 pieces, shipping costs $350.00 MXN.
If you have several branches or plants, every 50 pieces includes free delivery to one branch.

Without embroidery and inventory: 1 to 2 business days.
With approved embroidery and inventory: 2 to 5 business days.
With new and stock embroidery: 1 to 3 weeks (depending on the speed of logo approval).
Without embroidery and special manufacturing: 3 to 4 weeks.
With embroidery and special manufacturing: 4 to 6 weeks.

Once the order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time will be given by your advisor. If there is any change in the process, we will contact you to let you know.
