How should I wash my goose down jacket?

Dry cleaning is recommended, or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water using special down detergents. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. It can be washed at home.

What should I do if the jacket loses volume after washing?

It’s normal for down to clump when damp; once properly dried following the recommended method, it will regain its loft.

Is it waterproof?

It resists light moisture, but it’s not fully waterproof. In heavy rain, it’s recommended to wear it with an additional waterproof layer.

Does goose down come out of the jacket?

How should I store my jacket?
