Terms and conditions
To proceed with the order, it is required to send by email:
Complete billing and shipping information, your logo in JPEG with measurements in cm, and size distribution by model and color. Your order summary is then prepared... and the order is confirmed once your deposit is identified.
For orders placed on the website, paid by credit card, the order is confirmed and processed immediately, and the sales agent will contact you for the estimated delivery time.
All prices for executive uniforms, business uniforms, and jackets include:
Ironing, individual packaging, embroidery or print (small - less than 10,000 stitches), embroidery program, freight to anywhere in Mexico (50 pieces, on smaller orders shipping costs $350.00). Every 100 pieces include an embroidery/punching program (design of your logo), additional or smaller quantities have a cost of $350.00.
Payment conditions:
For orders of less than $100,000.00, a 100% advance payment is required for individuals/distributors and/or government entities; for larger orders, 50% advance payment is required (legal entities only) and 50% before shipment (if you prefer direct shipment). Orders with a PO and no advance payment are subject to sales agent approval and/or existing client status. Prices do not include VAT. Shipping after the order is placed is 1-2 days if it is inventory and without embroidery, 3-5 days for inventory and with approved embroidery, 1–2 weeks for in-stock items with new embroidery (depending on logo approval time), 4-6 weeks if it is embroidered and is special manufacturing (depending on fabric availability and production capacity).
All items are Lazzar brand, made with the finest fabrics and suitable for continuous use, with small and reinforced seams, especially for high durability and comfort in a work environment. All garments have a guarantee against manufacturing defects.
There are no exchanges or returns on embroidered or specially made garments.
